Claim Evaluation Tool

I've been leading an enterprise UX initiative to modernize our internal claim evaluation process. In this role I lead and facilitate design sprints, conduct research activities, construct information architecture through sitemaps and user flows, lead ideation sessions, build lofi and hifi wireframes. I also build prototypes used to show interaction and conduct user testing through various stages within the process. I have coding experience which I find to be quite valuable in collaborating with developers versus a traditional handoff of assets.
